SPEED, AGILITY & QUICKNESS (SAQ) PRIVATE TRAINING - A STEP ABOVE THE REST

Our private training not only includes speed, agility & quickness, it also includes flexibility, reaction, power, balance, strength training and nutrition. 

 

Each athlete will first be tested in different areas of speed, agility and quickness to establish a starting point.  From there each athlete will receive a customized training, nutrition and flexibility program according to their body and athletic level. 

 

Each athlete will receive expert training from Corey Enman, AFAA, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, TRX Suspension System Certified Instructor and Master Personal Trainer.

 

WHERE TO FIND US

Corey is currently doing private youth speed, agility & quickness (SAQ) training on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at Burbank High School.  

 

His hours of availability are from 3pm-9pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and 8am-3pm on Saturdays.  Not all times are available.  Please email for availability.

PRICING

SAQ Private training can be purchased on an individual basis or in packages.  Each session is $40 for one hour.
